Directions to our Springboro Office
From the Dayton Area:
From I-75 1. Travel
South on I-75 South. 2. Exit
Route 73 – Springboro / Franklin. 3. Turn
left off exit ramp toward Springboro (traveling under highway overpass). 4. Travel
less than ½ a mile. 5. We
are on the left side of the street – Route 73 is West Central Avenue. 6. We
are directly across the street from McDonalds and we are in the brick office
complex just to the right of Edwards Furniture store (first office on the left).
From Route 741 If you are closer to Rt.
741, you can head West on Rt. 73 from Route 741 (approximately 5-10 miles south
of the Dayton Mall) and travel about 2 miles.
We are on
the right side of the street – Route 73 is West Central Avenue.
We are directly across the
street from McDonalds and we are in the brick office complex just
to the right of Edwards Furniture store (first office on the left).
If you reach I-75, you have passed us up.
From the Cincinnati area: From I-75 1. Travel
North on I-75. 2. Exit

From the Middletown area: *You can follow the above directions from
the Cincinnati area if you would like to head north on I-75, or you can go
through Franklin, see those directions below.*
From Route 73 also known as North Verity
Parkway You can reach
Rt. 73 / N. Verity Pkwy. by heading North on Breiel Boulevard, it will dead end
on to Rt. 73 / N. Verity Pkwy., you will then turn right heading toward
Franklin. Continue on Rt. 73, you
will pass Rt. 123, and the Franklin Library.
You will then need to turn right, following Rt. 73 East (you will see
Zinks Meat Market on the corner). Continue on Rt. 73 traveling toward Springboro for about 5-10
miles. Continue about a ½ mile
past I-75. We are on the left side of the street –
Route 73 is West Central Avenue. We
are directly across the street from McDonalds and we are in the
brick office complex just to the right of Edwards Furniture store (first office
on the left).
Directions to Furnier & Thomas, LLP in Cincinnati From 71 North: 1) Exit #15 Pfeiffer Road. 2) Turn right off the exit. 3) Stay in the right hand lane. 4) Turn right onto Financial Way. 5) Immediately on the right you will see the Ohio National Building. 6) Located in the Ohio National Building, at One Financial Way
on
the 3rd Floor in Suite 312. From 75 South: 1) Take 275 East. 2) Take 71 South. 3) Exit #15 Pfeiffer Road (the first exit on 71S, coming from 275). 4) Turn left off the exit. 5) Stay in the right hand lane. 6) Turn right onto Financial Way. 7) Immediately on the right you will see the Ohio National Building. 8) Located in the Ohio National Building, at One Financial Way on the 3rd Floor in Suite 312.
